What is RedBubble?

RedBubble is a platform, like Etsy and Spotify, that allows artists to sell their products online. My decision to use RedBubble was due to its simplicity – as a designer and illustrator, all I have to do is upload an image! The rest is done by RedBubble: they paste it onto various products, manufacture them, distribute and ship in the name of the artist. This takes all the work that isn’t the actual art-making out of my hands, allowing me more time to create quality designs and illustrations for YOU.

You’re probably wondering if there’s a catch, right? Perhaps you’re thinking, “don’t tell us the catch! It’s bad marketing!” Well, maybe you’re right. However, my entire purpose with my website is to be entirely open and transparent with my audience about everything I do. So, you wise ones, there is indeed a catch: no, I don’t make all of the money you pay for the product on RedBubble. That is okay. Please still purchase the product, share with your friends, and send me pictures of its arrival!

Using a drone to capture the image and Canva for the lettering, we created a simple stamp-like logo that happens to look amazing on nearly every product imaginable.

Thanks, Kevin, for everything we created together! I don’t know about you, but I never imagined I’d be selling such a variety of products using this iconography.

Thanks, also, for teaching me about kerning – oh, how we used to laugh about our fixation on moving letters around.

Thanks to my mom, as soon as I started posting on RedBubble, I got an idea of how the products come out. And they look fantastic. This design is one of my older ones, too, so I can’t wait to share even more designs with you all!
